The staff was always friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the room was spectacular! They made us feel special and welcome, and they didn't nickle-and-dime us like other resorts. Most everything -- from valet parking to bottled water to overnight shoe shines -- was complimentary. Four Seasons really is the best!

We thought coming to the desert in the middle of summer would be nearly unbearable but we were wrong. I can highly recommend the rooms with a private pool in the backyard and an outdoor shower. We even got a telescope for nighttime fun. Whew! It was just marvelous. The service was also impeccable. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly and tend to us. The scenery was gorgeous and even the 105 degree temps didn't slow us down too much. The kids can't wait to go back! Can't say enough good things.
