It was easy to find. The room was clean. We were tired so ordered room service. The food was very good. People at the front desk were very helpful. We would stay again.

To make our stay any better! Kudos to The Genesee Grande Hotel for their service and wonderful rooms! My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend alone. I was incredibly impressed with the Bistro and Lounge Menu! What a breath of fresh air is Syracuse!

We had issues with a wedding party waking us up in the middle of the night, and the front desk personnel not dealing with it. The Hotel General Manager was kind enough to call us after we complained, and I would stay there again because of her. Not crazy about the queen rooms. They are oriented in a strange way, and there is a definite issue with hall noise, the doors don't stop anything. Needs more creative furniture to utilize the space efficiently. The 3 is the average of the 4 for the manager, and the 2 for the room.

Four of us visited this hotel for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. They were pleasant, and if they didn't know the answer to a question, they made sure they found someone who could supply us with the answer. The food was amazing and the rooms were a 10!! We plan to return there for another birthday celebration! Would highly recommend this hotel.
