Great hotel, convenient location

I stayed for a week on business and also had two older teenagers with me. The room was very nice, and the staff was the most friendly and helpful I've experienced in a lot of traveling. I worked both in the city and the suburbs so being within walking distance of the trains and buses was perfect. My sons were able to get to the museums easily and had a great time. There is not as much variety in restaurants as on the north side but the food was great. I would most definitely stay again.

Convenient (downtown, next to theater and near restaurants)
Great room (clean, nicely decorated)
Good service ( front desk, housekeeping)
Breakfast leaves something to be desired. We were somewhat disappointed in the quality of the food. Coffee was very good.

We liked the hotel. It is very well located - at a walking distance from millenium park.
The breakfast was very nice: tasty, abundant, and diverse. The lobby offers hot water with coffre, cocoa, tea etc day and night.
The room was very nice, but no refrigirator. The sheets looked clean but they were not ironed so I was a bit suspicious about it. The room also had an LCD TV with a channel for playing video games.
The bathroom was clean with everything inside: shampoos, soaps, showerhat, ....

Me and my husband had a wonderful weekend. The hotel was great!! The service we recieved was prompt and courteous. The room was very cozy, the bed very comfy. The staff was very helpful and the location was great for those that likes to do alot of shopping and just to enjoy the magnificent landmarks of Chicago. We are definitely going back!

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Chicago. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast items were fresh and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The guest computers in the lobby were easy to access and positioned to afford privacy while checking your mail. The doorman on the main floor was very polite and offered great advice about the area. This hotel is nearby to CTA transportation and in the heart of the Theatre District. This is a smaller hotel, so if you want to stay here, book early!
