Looks nice right? No. Rudest staff ever, beware!

We were on our first vacation, had flown over half the country, and had our premade reservations. When we checked in, the front desk gal asked to see the credit card we used to guarantee the resv, I showed it to her, but said I wanted to use a different card to pay, she said that we had to use the card we guaranteed it with. I said there were no funds on it, she said we had to use that card. I said, "So do you want us to turn around and go back to Oklahoma?". She sighed and said "this one time" she'll take a different card. While walking to our room, manytimes, "drugged out" looking people would open their doors, and run up to us, asking for rides to places. Creepy housekeeping men would ask us if we came here with our "families or fathers money". Appalling! The first day, I went to the business center to check my email, the computer wasnt working, I asked the front desk lady if she knew what was wrong, she just said, "Oh sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't!" Well, when will it work? She said to try another day. Never, even on the last dayof our trip, it didnt work. She giggled and said "I don't know nothin bout computers! What you want me to do?" For Breakfast I asked the cost, frontdesk just said, "Theres a sign behind you". The sign said $. After we ate, we got a $bill for 2 people! When I inquired, the lady said, "Well eating the eggs made it a full breakfast, which doubled the price". Any directions we asked for(atm, grocery store) the front desk said, "I don't know", and made no effort to help. Disaster, Please dont stay here.
At least the bed was comfortable ...

The location was perfect ... right off of 95 and across the highway from Cracker Barrell. But thats where the hotel bliss ended. The lock on the door to our room didn't work. Good thing we checked before we left the room. We were quickly assigned a new room. That room was perfect until we noticed the AC was leaking. No biggie. I was afraid to ask for another room for fear of getting another crappy room and having to move again. The AC leaked on most of the carpet, and who likes to walk on wet carpet. Our room was not cleaned one of the days we were there and we had to ask for more towels and new sheets for the pull out sofa. After a full day of a leaking AC, the room began to smell and we notified the front desk, but no one ever came to clean it. I don't recommend staying at this hotel.
