this is our second trip to orlando, I have 2 kids one is 8 and the other one is 10, we had a great time at the hotel, the people was nice and the hotel has 3 diferent pools, the best thing is that the shuttles take you to the disney parks and they drop you off in front of the parks. I will visit this hotel in the future. good value for the price.

This was my first vacation that my daughter and I have been on. The hotel was beautiful and most important the staff very friendly. I was a little worried about going alone with my nine year old but there was no need as the buses took you everywhere you needed to go. The only thing people might not like is the wait for the bus on the way back to the hotel from the theme parks.....expect them to be very packed and a bit of a wait when the parks close. This was a great experience for us. I remember having to go to the airport at 4am on the day we were leaving and as we were waiting for the bus, one of the ladies who worked there walked by and said "see you next year beautiful" to my daughter and I thought that wouldn't it be nice to go again. Well we managed to save enough money to go back. We will be staying at this hotel again.

If you have children they will love this place!! My son is 8 his first trip to Disney including mine and I wouldn't change it for anything.He enjoyed the pools, the scenery, the atmosphere, the food for kids and did I mention the pool!! If you are on a lower budget like myself Disney is very expensive!! I suggest getting a rent a car for a day or so and get yourself snacks and things for the park and he hotel. They have a micorwave in the dinning area hat you are able to use as well....but load up on bottled water and other goodies for the park as well..because Disney won't let you leave Disney, you can take a cab to the local walmart about 15 min cab ride but who has time for that more than once in your trip! The buses keep you in Disney only. Over all though it was definatley worth it but I ouldn't wait to get back to my own COMFORTABLE BED! That was the worst part of my trip waking up everyday to cracking my back and taking tylnol. I belive that you can upgrade your matress. Hope this helps!!

Staying on Disney property cuts down on a lot of needless expense and travel times. If you want just a place to crash at night and sleep, this is the best deal for your money to stay on property
