Everything was perfect about this stay.

Staff, comfort, and cleanliness were excellent. The Greenwell was perfectly placed for an evening walk through the shops and restaurants of Moab.
Room was dirty, and carpet was soled in several places. Also, a walk-up to the 2nd floor with suitcases - no elevator.

We arrived late. The room was not clean, old furnishings and carpet was worn, dirty and stained. We were exhausted and did not have energy to complain or cancel and look elsewhere. Would not recommend this hotel.
Good quality for the price.

Nice, clean, but no frills. We were there for a mountain biking trip, and got a great night's sleep each night. LIke I said, nothing fancy, but neither was the price. I would stay here again.

When we could fine a place close to our room sap fell from the trees on to my car. Also the breakfast arrangements were poor.

Nice quiet place to stay. Close to a lot of things to do. Room clean and quiet and that was good for a nights rest. Couldn't figure out breakfast as no area in the motel for it. Staff helpful and very polite.

The motel was adequate enough, however in this little town there are plenty of better options to choose from. The room was cramp for a 2 queen beds.
