This hotel is just great if you are visiting for a UVA function but don't bother if you are going just as a tourist. It's inconvenient. It is clean and nice, a little "used" but nothing special. There should certainly be more convenient locations in town.

For an older hotel this hotel had an excellent breakfast, nice pool and was close to attractions. It could have been a little cleaner and could use some updates.

this nice clean hotel with very helpful staff was located right next to the uva campus and within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go for our visitation. the room was very comfortable and quiet and the beds were just right for me and my daughter. very reasonably priced, nice continental breakfast, couldn't ask for a better location for a uva trip.

We all thought this hotel was pretty disgusting. The entire hotel was very dingy and shabby and the room was really dirty. We were really glad to leave the next morning!
