Moldy smell in hall way and in bedroom.
Curtain, bedding and showers had mold. Took pictures.
Horrible experience.
Ants in bedding.
Stay. worst experience ever!

Good location. 15-20 minutes from airport.
Second visit to this hotel in the last 12months. A basic clean hotel that is trying to upgrade.
Good experience.

The staff was courteous, really nice, the bar and the food menu was really good. Friendly.
Just Don't Stay Here

Where to start? This hotel doesn't offer shuttle service from the airport, so I called to see if they had parking. We checked in Thurs. night only to find out that it was going to cost $ to park my rental car there for 36 hours. The girl checking me in seemed very happy that I was upset about the price of parking and gave my wife and I a room with 2 full size beds. I swear to you that the beds were the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The hallway and room smelled like mold. The bathtub had mold throughout. Continental breakfast is complimentary unless you book through Travelocity and then it is $. The Valet service is terrible. We had to wait around EVERY time for them to track down a valet. Kids were absolutely everywhere. To make a long story short, this was a Days Inn quality room at a Hilton's price. Stay elsewhere.

The staff where not just greath but the best , they really try to make me feel welcome and confortable from the carlos to lemarei and others , cant forget XYZ and maneger .wow i have been in many places but this place did above the rest cant do and that was to make me happy and help me ..
