My company recently had a meeting at this hotel and we all stayed there. I willagree with the other reviewer that the elevator only being on one side is tough. Any way friendly staff and nice rooms. what I did not like was after we had went to dinner we set out in the patio and were having beverages and got run off because we were being to loud. And come to find out that morning at check out the lady appolgized to us becasue it was not us that the people were complaining about it was the stero they had playing through out the courtyard!

Great hotel, very peaceful but not too far from the main areas of Raleigh. The staff were very pleasant and the room was very clean.

This is a really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Room was excellent. I did get lost on more then one ocassion because there is only one elevator no matter where your room is in the hotel which has quite long hallways and a few turns.
Overnight stay in Raleigh

I got there two hours early and was allowed early check-in. The mattress in my room was too firm. Also the free trial of TV internet never did load which is why I chose to give them a 3 instead of a perfect score.

Serivice from staff was excellent. Recommended restarurants that didn't let down. Facilities were very clean and tidy. Strongly recommend this hotel.
