Great customer service

I used their iron and it was defective and missing a part. The iron was hotter than I thought it was and burnt my shirt. I told the front desk clerk about my problem and he notified the manager, about it. They compensated me for the loss of the shirt and the fact that I had to run out late to the store to buy another one. They handled this situation perfectly.
The drainage system around the hallways that face outside were prone to flooding and creating pools of water. This would be the only improvement that I would mark for the management.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast (including eggs, bacon, waffles, etc), real heated pool, clean hotel and room, ultra-extra comfortable bed. I really recommend this hotel, and oficially I will come back. :)

We've stayed there twice in the last month. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The internet service was fast and the breakfast was good. We'll gladly stay there again.

The room was very large and clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good. It was way more than I had expected. The employees were very sincere and helpful. The guy that helped at the breakfast was very pleasant.

This hotel was perfect for a fun filled weekend. It had a great location...right off the highway and just a few minutes from the beach. Being near the highway, it provided access to numerous activities in the pompano/ft lauderdale area. We would definitely come again.
