Definitely a great choice

Hotel is in the perfect location for why I was I headed to the area so I made the reservation. I was pleasantly surprised! It's great! They must have renovated. Everything is brand new down to the carpets in the hallway. I had a King / Suite and everything (appliances) was in perfect working order, new, and very clean. They had a pillow-top mattress pad on the bed! That was a nice touch. The staff were great and made check-in easy. They were responsive to all my needs. People need to realize this is an EXTENDED stay type of hotel. That means they do not perform service on your room every day unless you ask and then pay the $5.00 fee. That's the nature of this type of hotel because people tend to stay for longer periods of time and it makes perfect sense for everyone - guest and hotel management. I do that quite often and I actually don't like my room cleaned every day. It beats having to remember to put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door every day and hoping some kid doesn't rip it off the door knob. This hotel is really great. Don't hesitate to choose it. You'll thank me.

They did beat online travel website's price, however the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room for the price was just unacceptable. They will not come in to clean anything, switch out your dirty towels, etc. without charging you a service fee! They stated they will only clean the room (as any other hotel does) once every 7 days and since we were staying 6 days, there would be a charge of $* for clean sheets and towels and to remove trash! Also, we were on the 2nd floor and that entire floor smelled so disgusting. Due to the fact that the trash room had some issue and the smell overflowed into the rest of that floor. When the smell of trash wasn't overwhelming it was due to the smell of marajuana!
Most of the staff was pleasant, however their friendliness could not make up for the poor conditions at the hotel. We were also denied a receipt. Which is unacceptable for any business to do! If you are provided a service, that business is required to provide you with some form of receipt as proof of payment.
My family will never ever stay at any of the hotels affiliated with this chain, and especially this hotel in particular! Avoid this hotel!!!!!
