Breach in security

My disappointment in this hotel is two fold. We arrived at 2.:00 a.m. after a long night of travel and much to our surprise the room we were given had an occupant asleep in the bed. Talk about a breach in security. Evidently it was an uninvited guest. The elevator also almost trapped us, it bounced and jolted. Another surprise. It was haloween so who knows!!! The reaction of the hotel manager was the biggest disappointment. She acted like it was no big deal and we were over reacting. Really...Overall I would not go back;;; Too scary

Falcon Ridge Hotel is a great place to stay!!

I arrived at the hotel tired and ready to relax. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and I could read and relax without interruption. The hot tub is outdoor and was very clean and the water temp was warm, but could've been hotter. The lighting was good enough to read while sitting in the hot tub at night. The breakfast was delicious. The coffee was good. The soda machiines kept the soda really cold which was nice. The beds were really comfortable. The most important thing for me, was to find a place to take my dog where I didn't feel like I was being "watched" all the time. Mission was accomplished. I was able to take my large dog (Catahoula) with me with no trouble at all. The only problem I had was that the checkin and checkout process was LONG. By the time I arrive at a hotel, I really want ot get to the room ASAP, but the check-in took a long time. They said the computers were slow?!! Other than that, A+

Will definetly stay here again and recommend it!

We stayed here on our way to Fresno and wished we could have stayed for more than one night! Everything was great. Especially enjoyed the pool - the outside showers to rinse after swimming was a nice touch. Because we wanted to get an early start, we left before breakfast began at 7 am. Wished they would start serving it at 6 am. Mesquite looks like a very nice town but could use some more restaurants. Not much choice except fast food and the casinos.

Nice Place

The room I had was on the first floor. I encountered a problem when I wanted something cold to drink. There was no Ice Machine available for the first floor. There is a small refridgerator in your room but you want to put cold drinks in there so they can get colder, or you will wait all night for your drink to get cold. They had some nice samples available for personal hygiene. Breakfast was ok. There were several options available - unfornutally I have a picky eater who did not find anything to her taste. The hotel is a little difficult to find if you are coming from the Utah side - if you get off at the first exit you have to drive all the way through town and there were no signs to guide us.

Would definately stay here with my family again!!

This was a wonderful place for my family and I to stop on the way to Colorado. The hotel is beautiful and for the price my family and I were more than happy! The rooms are nice and the hotel also provides a full breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausage, fresh fruit, cereals etc. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The woman at the front desk was very helpful!
