Worst Hotel Ever

I had taken my daughter who is 2 years old and we were booked for three nights. The room was extremely small. The first night was okay, but the second night there was a knock at the door late at night. I did not open the door but called the front desk who sent out security. Then I received yet another call stating that I was too loud and that a guest was complaining. I explained that my 2 year old and I were sleeping and it was not my room. The desk clerk argued with me and yet security knocked again a bit later. Again, I called the front desk and stated that I was asleep and felt unsafe due to the constant knocks. Needless to say my daughter and I packed up and left the next morning.
Once I got home, I contacted the hotel manager and never even received an apology. I sent an email to their corporate and didn't even receive a response. I have never felt so unsafe in a hotel before. I will NEVER return to this hotel again.

I read the reviews, figured it was prob not as bad as the other reviewers said. I was wrong. They are recently remodled, but bad workmanship. No fan in bathroom, no screen on window in bathroom, blinds falling apart because of rust from the condensation. The granite tiles in the bathroom are damaged from water. No microwave, not even one at the front desk to use. Slow at cleaning rooms, and lousy linens, only gave us 1 towel for 3 people. The towels were thread bare and needed to be replaced. Bed was very uncomfortable. Our room faced the street, very noisey. Blinds broken in bedroom.
Very nice!! Beautiful 'Mission' feel to it!

I had read reviews about this hotel and was a little skeptical about going there, but I was pleasantly surprised. I loved the 'feel' of this hotel - quaint & lush with plants. The hotel was conveniently located next to 2 good breakfast/food places. We didn't walk to Disney because it would have been a longer walk than my two boys would have enjoyed -6 & 8 years old-. The Anaheim Rapid Transit bus picks up right in front of the hotel. We stayed in the Mission Suite & the room was very nice - it had a separate room for the twin bed & my kids loved having their own room. My only complaint about the room was that the tile floor was a little dirty.
The pool was nice, and we ate at their on-site restaurant once and it was good. I found the employees very nice & helpful. They provided us directions to our airport & helped with questions we had. We knew about having to pay for overnight parking at the hotel, so that was no surprise. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel!
booked through Costco Travel

I have used Costco travel before but had better luck last time. After travelling 6 hours with 2 little ones we were ready to get some rest. The keys would not work, they stuck us in a room right next to a very large smelly trash can. I have travelled all over the world and have never seen a hotel with rooms right next to the major trash area, within 10 feet. They did move us to another room. Rooms are okay, not really suites, old, but okay. It is a good location but still quite a walk with 2 little ones. NOT THE BEST PICK THROUGH COSTCO. THE SHERATON WAS MUCH BETTER.
Big disappointment!!!

We booked this hotel after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures. We go to Disneyland 2-3 times a year, and normally stay at budget hotels across from the park. We decided to try something new, but this hotel was a disappointment. We were told that the internet was free, and were never informed about the extra $10/night parking fee. When we tried to use the internet we were told there was an additional charge. As if we weren't already paying enough for this hotel! The beds were very uncomfortable, and quite frankly the rooms are nicer and more comfortable at the budget hotels we normally stay at!! After the first night we decided to check out and stay at a nicer hotel next door which was only a couple dollars more than what we were paying at this substandard hotel!! When asked how our stay was or why we were checking out early I told them my complaints. They rudely said "sorry to hear that" and proceeded to check us out without attempting to rectify the situation. You are better off paying a couple dollars more to stay at a nicer, more comfortable hotel!
