Brand New & Clean

Staff wasn't actually bad. Some were just overly enthusiastic. Most needed a lot of training.
The rooms and facilities were brand new & clean & resembled some of the better boutique hotels. Much better value than the neighboring hotels (e.g., Courtyard, etc.) that opened in the same month.
