I have stayed here before and again I have good reviews. I don't have any complaints.

This place was a dump! Who ever filled out the positive reviews of this place must work there or own it. Small room, Dirty, out of date, smelled musty(like a basement), breakfast was ok, staff lacked knowledge of anything.

I can normally find something to complain about when I stay at Motels, but I can't find anything to complain about here. I like the idea of the front desk asking you first if you want to accept an outside call. The girl at the front desk was very very nice. If your looking for a Motel that is comfortable, has a great staff, and nice clean rooms, Nichols Inn is the place.

We were very happy with the hotel. Friendly staff, clean room. Good price and great breakfast included.

Very clean and comfortable with an exceptional free breakfast and friendly staff. Perhaps the best value I have ever had in hotels. No frills, but everything was excellent.
