I recently stayed over night and although it was a short stay I was very pleased with the service and price. Check-in was easy and pleasant, with the staff even changing my room assignment to a building I preffered. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was close enough to the entertainment, yet still out of the mainstream noise and traffic. I had a problem with my niece becoming sick during the night and the night crew were very heipful and appeared genuinely concerned. My only complaint was I didn't get to see any ghosts! Maybe next time!

I'm always a little leary about who is the author of these reviews: is it hotel employees, or actual hotel guests. With that being said, I think I owe it to my fellow traveler to take the time to support these reviews.
This hotel was a gem! Great location, well maintained, and the rooms were large,clean and tastefully appointed. The staff were polite and friendly, the courtyard not all rooms face one) was perfect and the interior parking was a breeze. Will stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. room was on first floor and adequate. Great location in Quarter. Nice courtyard.
BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH

After thinking we prepaid for our room with a online travel agency, the Hotel presented us with a bill for "extra person fees" which they said were in addition to the extra person fees that the online travel agency charged. A shameless bait and switch
