I was in pinneville for my business meeting and i had made a reseervartion at extended stay america.I was really tired of the frequent loss of internet connection and the beds were also not that good for the price i paid so i thaught to move down to suburban extended stay and i never had a problem of internet connection being lost and even the room s were much better. i also made a good amount of saving because this hotel is much more less than extended stay america. definately coming back and recommend to all.

We are here to do the family reunion. Over all I am really satisfied with services I have recieved. I am definetly coming back to this hotel. In the area where everyone is charging above *** dollars when I shopped around but finally at this hotel the rates are much less than the competition.
Rooms were nice and clean, Staff was really helpful, Hotel atmorsphere is really nice and quiet, Clean lobby, comfortable mattresses. Lot of food optiojns, nearby to the carolina place mall. In Short Its worth the Money

I have never been so disappointed in my life, I arrived at this Hotel, my room and my reservation did not match. The bed/mattress is "new" awful, totally uncomfortable. The person who check me in was not listening to me, so after being in workshops all day, from 0830, I arrived back at the hotel 11:00 pm, to find my room lock and the key not working. Why is my key not working, we have not been paid for your room....What you mean when I was showing you my reservation and telling you I had two nights you weren't listening. Yes madame, well the key never worked the second night, my room was stink, bathroom curtain were filthy and nasty...dirt everywhere. I could not sleep, it was totally uncomfortable. I will never stay there or use a onlinr travel website again...Why, because you desire money and the hotel makeup is not important to you.
Why don't you go stay in this hotel...like I said my reservation was wrong from the time I got there. I ask for two double beds. I hated it.

I was not to happy with the Room at all, I ask for a Non-smoking and go Smoking. Maintance was great and I got along well. Front Desk Staff didn't seem to happy to help at all. The location is wonderful, many things to around town, close to Down Town Charlotte. The bed seem to be luppy, and the comforter seem very old. I also had a dog, and there was an nice little area in the back to walk, also a sidewalk across the street.
