I liked the hotel we stayed in the cabana suite which was by the pool and it was so cute like your own little apartment. the maids cleaned after us because we stayed there for two nights. they offer pies and take out. the bathroom was small but the shower was cute and lots of room for you. the pool was awesome there was alot of room for everyone. the people that worked there were very nice and helpful. i would stay there again if i do decide to stay on that side of town.

We have booked this hotel through a online travel website over the past two years and have stayed there frequently. Over this period of time, the facility has continued to go down hill. The rooms are poorly kept-not exactly clean and the maintenance and upkeep for the rooms as well as the overall property have a lot to be desired-especially the rooms. Handles are missing from the nightstands and dresser drawers, the carpeting is tearing, light bulbs are often burned out, the bathtub/showers are very old and stained with very loose shower heads, patio screen doors-if they are there, will not open before falling off the tracks, the sliding glass door to the ground level pool area is very difficult to open, and the sliding door to the bathroom comes off the track when trying to open it-all very dissapointing. This is all too bad since at one time, several years ago, this was a great well maintained property. I will no longer stay there with my family and would not recommend it to anyone. As a side note, the hotel personnel were very amicable. We did not complain to them about the problems with the room since we were there for only one night. But it would take much more than just one traveler complaint to bring this facility back to a standard that I would recommend. Starwood needs to do a major renovation here. We went across the street and checked out the Premier Inns at the Metro Center and it is a beautiful well kept property-and offers better rates than Four Points Metro Center. That is where we will be staying from now on. Hopefully the online travel website offers this facility in its hotel packages. If not we will find it through another website for our next trip.

The hotel was fine, but the staff could have been more helpful.

Disappointing

Although the room was clean, the service prompt and friendly, the overall hotel was less than one would expect from a Sheraton property. Bare-bones facility, noisy rooms, non-working heating all added up to a sub-par stay.
