Very impress with cleanliness of room and the serveces given.

We arrived 3 hours after check in time and a room (with 2 queen beds) was not ready or available. We had to wait only 20 minutes until room was ready. Also given free valet parking because of the inconvenience. Concert and Tigers game both going on at same time. Excellent location for walking from Fillmore Theater and many other attractions in the downtown area. Did not feel unsafe at all. Would definitely stay here again.

1st time to downtown Detroit. Hotel location was ideal

house keeping was pounding on my door at 830am,you got to be kidding...you can hear other room doors slam all nite.would like a refund..told the front desk about all the complaints and they seemed to me that they didnt care..

Nice clean hotel in a good location. With in 15-20 minute walk to Joe Lewis Arena, Greektown and MGM casino. Clean rooms though smaller, nice breakfast buffet, and freindly staff. Only thing we did not like was it was hard to vallet park and the rooms were a little bit noisey. Would reccommend to others.
