After driving for 6 hours, we arrived around 11:30 pm, unpacked, and then found the bathroom sink completely plugged up. We asked for another room, but none was available nearby and we really didn't feel like packing up and moving after midnight. We had to walk to the main desk to get a plunger, since there was only one person on duty. We discovered the sink was clogged up with huge amounts of hair and filth. After about half an hour of plunging, we got it to drain slightly.
The sheets on the beds were very wrinkled and we wondered if they had been washed. One still had a stain on it.
When I spoke to the manager the next day, she did not seem terribly concerned or apologetic. After negotiating, we got her to take $30 off our 4-day stay. Really not good compensation for the terrible night before.
Some days, we did not receive enough towels.
