We traveled to New York with our three teenagers and were very pleased with our room and were especially happy about the full all-you-can- eat breakfast ! The staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant , the concierge especially so, and the beds and linens were very comfortable.
Return to NY for family visit

When we return to NY this is one of our favoritie hotels. The suites are great for a family and the hotel has plenty of room for the kids to run around, including a near by park on the water. You also do not need a car as you can easily travel uptown or to Brooklyn, or Queens. The best thing is the pricing - we booked our rooms online and paid slighly more than the close to 2 bills that the "budget" hotels, which are not even located in Manhattan, are charging. For $30-40 more, we got a suite instead of a room, a full breakfeat, access to a gym, and a Manhattan location - no comparison. On the down side, service and amenities could be a bit better, espeically as it is a Hilton Brand. For instance, many of the rooms do not have a frig. We requested one but it took several followup calls and almost a whole day to deliver. They also somehow missed cleaning our room on the first day. But this still remains our first choice for a NY visit.

It was a great hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. It is not far from the subway and the bus is right outside the door.

Perfectly located in the middle of Midtown, which is where you want to be. Steps to Central Park, Time Square, and Rockafeller Center. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the staff very helpful. Stay with two boys 10 & 12, plenty of room, kid friendly. Would stay here again!

I read all the reviews and this hotel held up to the reviews. The room was nice. We had a view of the river. The staff went out of their way to help us (even had a pizza reheated after we took a longggg subway ride to get it)Great Pizza Difarras (sp?) in Brooklyn worth the wait!! The front desk is very helpful. I would not stay in another hotel in NYC. If you have kids this hotel is a must with the seperate rooms we had 2 adults and 2 children and it worked out perfectly. We are planning another trip and will stay here again.
