Your Vehicle is not safe

On our third night at the hotel our vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot, in full view of two security cameras. The staff did not call the police and were not even aware of the theft until we told them. In a conversation with a manager of this hotel and another owned by HSL properties, he admitted these cameras were not monitored (just decorations I guess). Both he and the owner of HSL Properties (including both hotels) have refused to accept responsibility for safeguarding the vehicles of their customers. Beware of staying at this hotel.

The local dog park is only about .5 miles away which is why we stayed there. ALTHOUGH directly adjacent to the hotel there is no grass or anywhere good to walk a pet.
Although newly decorated, this place seemed run down, especially in the bathrooms and elevators.

They advertise free Wi Fi, but the log on info inthe room was wrong, when I told the front desk they didn't seem all that supirsed. The rooms were about as good as a Motel 6, nothing to really write home about. I would stay here again as its right in the middle of Tuscon, and the price was right.

We stayed in a king bed suite. However, the room was far from clean. There was hair sticking to the bathroom walls and in the tub. There was layers of dust on the phone cord, shelving and top of the frig. The light switches were all dirty and there was dirt in the corners of the rooms. There is a need for an update as well. The bathroom had pink tile, peach paint, chipping painted cabinets, faux green marble counter tops and faux gray marble shower walls. The kitchen was another thing altogether...
