OK, but not awesome, hotel

The price was not bad for this hotel. The people at the hotel were very helpful. Breakfast was fine. There were many choices and fresh fruit every day. Towels were changed every day.
The staff did not vacuum the floor of the hotel very often--probably not more than 3 times in 8 days. The sink spickets were not washed and shined every day.
Planning to go again sometime soon...

The front desk people made everything simple and easy. I loved this hotel because in reach of everything we needed and very close to downtown and AT&T center. It was easy to find and I do plan on going there again. The room was more than we expected with it's own living room, kitchen appliances including microwave, fridge, coffee pot, and other needed amenities. The bed was comfortable and the view was awesome. Very pleased as a customer :)

The hotel was super clean, HUGE room, very comfortable bed and extremely friendly staff! The guy at the check-in counter, X, went above and beyond to help with with everything! The amenities are amazing! The price is very decent for such a great hotel!!

Close to trolly line to downtown and close enough to walk - one mile or so.
Clean and friendly.
