Although it is listed as a "Small Luxury Hotel of the World" with only 27 rooms, the attention to detail in EACH room is unsurpassed. Nothing is the same, beds are from different periods, accent pieces are all unique, and the attention to the individual decor of each room is not taken lightly.
The three rooms my friends were occupying had gorgeous iron canopy beds, period pieces as nightstands and amoires, and accessories that defy description. The other rooms I was allowed to peek into were just as spectacular...even a jungle theme in one room set to the back of the property!
Since we had a group of couples, I was fortunate to take a peek into their rooms, and the cleaning crew was very nice to allow us a look into vacated rooms as they were doing their superb job of cleaning.
This is one hotel that you have to SEE to believe and appreciate. Reasonable prices and atmosphere that is indescrible.
