We booked this room because it had the ammenties we needed, that being a swimming pool for the kids. Upon arrival, my husband checked in and was charged an extra $ dollars for our two small children and was informed there is not a swimming pool. After a half an hour of arguing to get our money refunded to go to another hotel with the amenties we needed the manager agreed to refund us the room charged, but still charged us $ dollars for the commision that online would charge her. After talking with the online company they offered us no help and we were disapointed in that also.

Probably the newest and cleanest hotel I've visited in the past 10 years. No signs of wear and tear. Even the bathroom was like you'd keep yours at home.
The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.
The continental breakfast was ok - waffle iron and batter were always ready. Otherwise corn flakes, raisin bran, bagels and muffins.
The only downside was noise - some in adjacent rooms as expected but also outside. Skateboarders descended on the hotel parking lot and shacked up in a related facility about 20 feet north of the America's Best Inn.

I found this hotel to be clean, comfortable and affordable. At check in, the clerk was very accomodating and friendly. Good location with easy accessibility for handicapped. The morning clerk was not very friendly to me though. She seemed to not want to help in the breakfast room and just left me there without a clue as to how to fix a waffle. I went out to breakfast with my daughter and son-in-law the next morning. Will stay again though because place is very nice.
The ONLY place to stay in Lincoln City

My family and I am a frequent guest at America?s Best Inn & Suites. Whether if we are there to enjoy the beach and beautiful sunset or to find entertainment, the only place we ever stay at is at the Best. While the amenities in the room, spa and sauna, and hot breakfast in the morning is a plus, the most important thing to every guest stays constant, the friendliness of staff, extremely clean room and public areas, and great value for stay. We love the charm of this place and for every traveler coming to Lincoln City, this is the only place to stay.

The building was new and the room was very clean. It was nice having a dvd player, which we brought movies from home. The only negative was that the people above were loud at a late hour, and the people next to us had a baby that cried through the night. We could hear conversations in their entirety.
