Grouchy AM Desk Clerk

Room was comfortable and clean. PM clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. AM clerk was not. She acted put out when asked for assistance. Waffle batter was hidden in a closet. Muffins cut into stale pieces. Not enough milk for cereal. A guest handed the empty creamer container to the clerk who said "All gone.", tossed the empty in the trash, did not replace and left. We decided to go out for breakfast rather than deal with her the next day. We did not hear anyone from below or beside our room. We might stay at this location again, but plan to eat out as price was great.

I found this hotel to be clean, comfortable and affordable. At check in, the clerk was very accomodating and friendly. Good location with easy accessibility for handicapped. The morning clerk was not very friendly to me though. She seemed to not want to help in the breakfast room and just left me there without a clue as to how to fix a waffle. I went out to breakfast with my daughter and son-in-law the next morning. Will stay again though because place is very nice.
The ONLY place to stay in Lincoln City

My family and I am a frequent guest at America?s Best Inn & Suites. Whether if we are there to enjoy the beach and beautiful sunset or to find entertainment, the only place we ever stay at is at the Best. While the amenities in the room, spa and sauna, and hot breakfast in the morning is a plus, the most important thing to every guest stays constant, the friendliness of staff, extremely clean room and public areas, and great value for stay. We love the charm of this place and for every traveler coming to Lincoln City, this is the only place to stay.

The building was new and the room was very clean. It was nice having a dvd player, which we brought movies from home. The only negative was that the people above were loud at a late hour, and the people next to us had a baby that cried through the night. We could hear conversations in their entirety.
HOW TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK.

We checked into this average hotel with small children for about $130. We recieved a call at 10:58 when we were packing our stuff to the car stating that CHECKOUT IS AT 11! When viewing my bank statment, I found I was charged over $200 for one night! I called and was told there were knife carvings in the night stand! I explained I have small children who do not touch knives and they suggested my husband did it. This must be how they make their extra bucks. I was'nt informed they'd have free access to my account.
