Pleasant Surprise

Me and My fiance stayed at this hotel during the 4th of July weekend and we absolutely loved it. Our room was more than we expected. Very large renovated King suite with a separate living area. We had a beautiful garden view with the pool in walking distance. The grounds were kept very well. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed a little bit longer than we did. Would definitely stay again. Then odd thing was that our room had a kitchnette with a refrigerator but no microwave. Maybe we were suppose to have one but just didn't. But that was minor being that we ate out most the time anyway.
wouldnt stay again-- do not walk to seaworld!!!

the room looked nice, but had no fridge or microwave for the price. also, the internet service is $10 a day and the pizza hut on site charged $21 for a medium pizza. they only had one pool open during our stay.
the worst of it all, was the walk to sea world. the man at the front desk informed us that sea world was "right past the gate". well, the sea world property started past the gate. however the entrance to seaworld, was the entire width and length of a parking garage, the seaworld employee lot and the regular parking lot.
we were also told that a golf cart would take us from our room to the gate and vise versa if we needed the lift. we flagged down 2 golf carts on the way back and were not even looked at twice. they dont offer rides as said.
i would not attempt this walk with children or at all really.

The front desk people were outstanding, so was the the security. Th people who ran the resturants really cared about you. I would stay there again for sure!
Hotel Service

Check-in was great all hotel staff were extremely helpful. However, we checked in on Thursday on Friday at 4pm our room had not been cleaned. We called and asked that at least someone come by and empty the trash and deliver fresh towels while we were out for dinner. We got back at midnight, we are traveling with two kids, room had not been clean and no fresh towels. Had to call front desk again they delivered fresh towels at 12:30am. On Saturday, same thing, we had to call twice, each time we were assured that they would send someone right away to clean our room, still room was not clean when we got in late that evening. We checked out on Sunday. Our room had not been touched our entire stay. We had trash overflowing in the trashcans - very unacceptable.

Hotel was very nice, rooms and pools were great and service was good. Didn't use fitness center but it look like it was also very nice
