Kingsmill Resort

We loved staying here...although, depending on your neighbors, you may not get much sleep since the walls are PAPER THIN...you can even hear people using the bathroom in the rooms next door. Other than that, the rooms are very nice and clean. Great spa and nice restaurants.

Wonderful Place

This resort is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The room was spotless, the bed so comfy. The room wasn't real big but we didn't even notice because everything was done so tastefully. Next time we'll probably opt for a suite because the guest rooms don't have a refrigerator and a nice little more room would be nice. But for a few nights this was perfect. Very private.

This was my first time staying here and the resort gave me a great surprise. The grounds were landscaped with perfection, the room designed with elegance and comfort, the gym and spa top notch. I have added this resort to my short list of definitely will do again vacations.

The Kingsmill Resort and Conference Center

The Kingsmill straddles the James River and two championship golf courses, giving the grounds a lush and colorful appearance.

Rooms are very luxurious, and even the standard ones feel like suites. If you get a suite in Pelham''s ordinary, you will get an outdoor patio that leads right out onto the golf course where you can watch golfers attempt to sink their putts all day.

The resort offers a wide range of activities. In addition to the two 18 hole golf courses there is also a 9 hole par three course on the banks of the river for an easier game of golf. The sports complex boasts a game room (with a pool table, board and video games), a gym, indoor and outdoor pools, and a hot tub. There is also a spa on the premisis for those who just want to kick back and relax. For dinner, try one of the restaurants, there's one in the sports complex, one in the main house, and one in the golf center.
