I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hot water was out for 2 days without any notice. The staff was OK but not overly friendly.

The room was OK but did not have sufficient towels for 3 people inspite of paying the extra person fee. The AC unit was functioning but noisy. The complimentary breakfast, which was listed in the features was not provided with the excuse that staff did not want to work, since it was the 4th of July. The staff was not even apologetic about not providing the breakfast, saying that it was complimentary and there was no obligation to provide one. That pretty much summarizes why we will never go back to this one.
Needs improvement

NEGATIVE: They gave me a smoking room without telling me. Hotel has an overall unpleasant musty smell. The AC in room worked, but was VERY noisy.ANNOYING Hotel phone was not listed in "Best Western" name. This caused me a delay to set up GPS to locate it. . POSITIVE: Good Location. Mostly friendly and helpful staff.OTHER This property has apparently changed ownership and affiliation recently.
