hotel was located in a very central location - close to boston, vermont, new hampshire, and maine - and close to all major highways, with plenty of free parking
hotel was clean and pleasant and located in an area with gas station, fast food, and some restaurants - and had computer/internet access (if you need to check in for flights and print boarding passes or check e-mails) in the lobby and free (i believe) internet access in the rooms
hotel has great breakfast - especially their waffles
hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful
Would stay here again..

We visited our daughter in college. The hotel was very in a good location. Not too far from the "T" station. We drove ourselves (about 10 minutes) to the Wellinton Station, and parked for 3.50 a day and you can jump right onto the "T". Easy access to downtown Boston.
The hotel was clean and the people were very friendly. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but we liked it and would stay again. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good, and the sports bar was fun. We happened to be there when the Sox were playing, it got a liitle crowded, but it was fun to enjoy the game with the locals.
The breakfast was not huge, but if you just want a little something in the morning it was perfect.
We did not swim, but the pool looked good as well.
Good, but room for improvement

We had spent the day driving through the White Mountains and enjoying the brilliant fall foliage. We were ready for a good meal and a comfortable bed. We were a bit disheartened to find that while we were on the 5th floor - the nearest ice machine was on the 4th floor - at the far end of a long, dim hallway. It was difficult to determine how to turn on the lights in the room as there was only one wall switch, and it only operated the overhead light in the entrance. We turned on all the individual lamps except the floor lamp, whose bulb was burned out. The room was clean and comfortable...except that it only offered double beds and we were accustomed to at least 2 queen-sized beds and there was a musty/moldy smell in the bathroom that air freshener was unable to eliminate. The pool area looked nice, but we were too tired to avail ourselves of the experience. I think this is a very nice hotel that is not quite meeting it's full potential. A bit more attention to detail would make a huge difference.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days during a trip to Boston. The staff was nice and rooms were super clean and looked recently renovated. The complementary breakfast was better than most I've had in other hotels but you have to get there early. There is a restaurant on site and a pool, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located very close to the major interstates, Boston and the surrounding areas. The commuter rail to Boston is only about 10 minutes away and the parking is very cheap. Overall, a nice hotel for a great price. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good deal.

The hotel was in a good location near all the sites and the Air port but the rooms including the hall way had a bad smell the first room we had made us gag so we ask for another room they moved us to the first floor which was good but the smell was there also but not quite as bad as the first room. The room looked clean and the bed was ok. I wouldn't stay there again.
