hotel was located in a very central location - close to boston, vermont, new hampshire, and maine - and close to all major highways, with plenty of free parking
hotel was clean and pleasant and located in an area with gas station, fast food, and some restaurants - and had computer/internet access (if you need to check in for flights and print boarding passes or check e-mails) in the lobby and free (i believe) internet access in the rooms
hotel has great breakfast - especially their waffles
hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful

I found this hotel by searching other traveler's reviews, and can say that the reviews were pretty accurate. We arrived at the hotel with no problems, it was right off the highway. The man at the desk just seemed very flustered because more than 2 people were standing there waiting to check in. Our room was nice, it had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom was clean. My only complaint about the hotel was the complimentary breakfast. They were overwhelmed with the amount of people who took advantage of this, and they had a small area for eating. Most people were eating out in the lobby or at the 2 computer stations. The second morning, we got there at 9:15, and the breakfast ends at 9:30. The man would not go back and get any more yogurt for me, and was cleaning up the area by 9:25, pretty much pushing everyone who was left, out of the dining room. Overall, the hotel was fine because we were not spending a lot of time there. I did get into the pool with my daughter, and it was great!! It was warm water, and we were the only ones there because we got in in the morning.
Good place to stay for business

Was in town for a conference and needed an alternate hotel as the conference center was booked up.
The rooms and building were clean except for the smoking floor which stank. Fortunately we were not on that floor.
The pool was heated but the pool room heat was not working so it was 63 F when you got out. Very invigorating :)
The business center was ok but one computer was so overloaded with cookies and the like it could bearly function. The rooms had free internet access both hard line and wireless which made up for the business center problem. When I couldn't get the computer to pull up a map for me the front desk clerk did it for me and put in a maintenance request for the computer.
The continential breakfast was typical fare: cereals, oranges, apples, muffins, bagles, and hard boiled eggs. There was also a waffle maker which had the typical line of people waiting to use it. Decent enough but not exciting.
The hotel was easy to access from the interstate without a bunch of road noise. It was about 20 - 40 minutes from downtown depending on traffic.
There were several resturants near by which for the Boston suburbs is a definite rarity.
Overall the experience was good and the staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone who is just looking for a place to sleep while they do other things around town.
Loved this Hotel

Good: Absolutely nice experience. Very clean rooms, shiny bathrooms, snow - white towels. Staff is very responsive. We had a broken lock in our room. Immediately a janitor came, inspected our lock, and we were given another room in a matter of minutes. Even though it was freezing cold outside, our room was pleasantly warm. There was a built in A/C in the room, a cofeemaker, and a refrigirator. There was also a personal safe in both rooms for 1.50 a day. (and you can have that waived at checkout). Reasonably large safe. My 15" inch notebook fit in there. Bathroom looked brand new. There was an iron, ironing board, hair fan. All new.
Location is great. There is a Donkin Donuts, a McDonalds, a Grill Restaurant, and a Pub all around the intersection. There is also a Gas Station with a Deli right outside the hotel.
It took us 11 minutes to drive down to the Boston Aquarium, and 14 minutes to drive to the Harvard University. At $100 per night, you can't beat that. Also, the Oak Grove Train Station on the orange line, is 10 minutes away. Leave your car there for $3.50 per day, and continue on the subway to see Boston's downtown attractions. Train ride from Oak Grove to the Boston Downton is about 15 minutes or less.
Bad: The Spuds, is the name of the pub outside. It also serves the room service requests. My advice: Buy your food somewhere else. The bar there is filled with locals watching sport games. For a decent lounge experience head down to Boston, or Cambrige areas. Check out little streets surrounding Harvard University, Harvard Square, etc...
