Not what I expected

To start off... the hotel's elevator was broken, actually both elevators were broken... so was the jacuzzi... Our room smelled musty... the staff were not helpful to say the least, and the hotel is not as close to the beach as they'd like you to believe. I expected much more from a chain like Holiday Inn.

Overall, the hotel was okay, except for the main elevator near the desk which was non op., and the overall musty smell. Also, the customer service was great until the very last day when I received an attitude from the girl behind the desk after I politely asked her to document something I had returned before checking out. (One final note, housekeeping doesn't arrive until 8:30, so if you want extra wash cloths before then, you have to run down to the desk and get them yourself.)
