Poor Customer Service/ Rude Housekeeping

I took my family away for My Mothers Birthday, I am a vip Hilton member and like to stay at Hilton for their great customer service.
Which we did not receive.
Well there were 3 women in room, had to call down everynight for towels , and No toilet paper in room, House keeping brought it up and asked if this is what i needed.
Her attitude was attrocious. The only time I got towels was when I left 2 dollars.
Def not customer oriented.
If you dont feel you need to talk to staff then stay here, but If you want customer service or a relaxing vacation choose another hotel.

I feed a little misled, this hotel is not near the tourist activities in Lancaster as the hotel assured me it was. Renovations are underway in the lobby, but the rooms and bathrooms are very much in need of renovation. Sad hotel for a Hilton property. Pool and hot tub were dirty, housekeepers have attitudes and rooms are dated. Location is better suited for a business traveler than a family visiting Lancaster.

I recently stayed the weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn while in town for a family reunion. What a great location, great atmosphere, food, awesome service and great staff. My time at the hotel was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to everyone
