Clean room with friendly staff, Everyone spoke great english. Went up for a concert at the Bell Center, great for that, just a short walk to the Center. Nice proximity to the downtown area. Hotel took a long time to remove the hold charge from my credit card. One traveller staying at the hotel had his truck stolen from right out in front @ ~2am the night we stayed, but i guess thats a chance you take staying anywhere in Montreal.

Days Hotel needs improvement

This hotel is nicely located within walking distance of many central restaurants and shopping areas. The room was good sized. The hotel is also located within a couple blocks of Metro subway stops. On the downside the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and after walking on the floor in white socks I quickly realized they were dirty from the floor. The staff seemed to be "business like" and were not "hospitable", could use some friendliness classes.

Great! The room was very clean and spacious. Very nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us some good tips on how get the most out of a quick weekend trip to Montreal. They were very helpful when we were trying to catch a cab at 4:30am to catch a flight. The consierge called us a taxi pronto.

It was a very good location, right across the street from the police station, which adds a sense of security, as well it's a quick walk to St. Catherine Street, which is where you want to be! There are plenty of restaurants within a walking distance. The view of the skyline at night from our room was incredible. Being just outside of the downtown core is the best idea because of the noise and the masses of people.
