Great Location + Clean Room = Awesome Stay

I came to this hotel to attend a graduation with my family. I was expecting an average room at best. Well when I checked in the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got to our top floor room, with a beautiful view of 400 and the King and Queen buildings. The room itself was huge, with two double beds and a pull out queen bed. A 42 inch plasma tv in the room, very clean floors and even a clean shower/bath. One strange thing, however, the smoke alarm in our room was sitting on the couch when we came in, with batteries on top of it. The continental breakfast was delicious and hot. Plus the Sandy Springs Marta is right around the corner. I would recommend this hotel for anyone!
A Nice Place to Stay

The Front Desk Personnel were Awesome! The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The Plasma TV was a great treat! The location is excellent, lots of shopping and eating within walking distance. I didn't understand why housekeeping had to come so early (1 1/2 hours before checkout time). They don't even give you a chance to answer their knock, they knock once very softly then enter the room with no other warning. Also, the walls & flooring are apparently not insulated very well. The beds are comfy, however we were able to hear the guest bed on the floor above us. We were also able to hear the guest in the next room beside us using the bathroom. I would stay at this hotel again, however my room would have to be on the very top floor with a corner room and I hope to not have anyone occupying the room beside me. However, the overall stay was good with the exception of the noisy beds and paper thin walls.

The price for this hotel is Very Affortable for what you get. The staff was wonderful. They were all very helpful. The room was spotless and very very modern. We had stopped at a few other hotels before checking at this one. We were told by another hotel near the Hyatt, that the price was very expensive for what you get and that they didn't have any rooms availible for the night we needed. We decided to check it out ourselves...And I'm glad we did. Half the price of the other hotel and 10 times better all around!! I would recommend a million times over!!!

We loved this hotel! My husband and I stayed 2 nights for our anniversary. Large, clean rooms with 42" tv. Very comfy bed with nice modern decor. Clerks were very very pleasant and attentive. Speedy check-in. Hotel offered a light continental breakfast with Starbucks coffee. Neat feature: order sandwiches from a touch-screen computer in the kitchen, order delivered fast, order cappucino anytime in the lobby. Modern decor of lobby was very spacious and comfortable. Within walking distance of the MARTA train, although there is a free shuttle. We would definitely stay here again!
The Staff Saved the Place

My family and I travelled to Atlanta for a wedding and stayed and stayed at this Hyatt Place.IIt is upscale, with suite type rooms with a nice quasi oriental decor and a great sitting area with 42" wide screen plasma TV. The rooms were fairly worn but clean. There were few amenities--a pool and fitness center--and the free continential breakfast was the standard toast/bagels/cereal and juice. What saved the place was the staff, which was very friendly, customer oriented and helpful. We got good recommen dations for dinner and the courtesy of a shuttle bus there and back. We'd come back, but certainly wouldn't pay the normal room rate.
