Booking on line is sometimes iffy, but we really hit a winner here. Staff was friendly, Conceaire very helpful and informative of what to do and where to go, valet service great (had to pay for this service either way so why not?) Beautiful hotel, lovely room. Our room was called a studio, but had 2 Queen sized beds, small kitchen, bathroom, eating area. It was very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities plus child activities area, pool, exercise room, dining. We would loved to have stayed longer. Will stay again, definitely!

The rooms were great and the location couldn't be better. It is in the middle of where you want to be. All necessary amenitiies are in walking distance.

My husband and I recently stayed at the resort, It was truly a home away from home. We had a one bedroom suite. It was more than comfortable in the suite set up, the quality of furniture and decorations were well above par., and the bed was a dream to sleep in. The staff was helpful, and valet parking was a snap (19.00 per day). I loved going back to the room after shopping till I dropped in the Heavenly Village.

I stayed in the studio room. It has all the amenities one could ask for, notably: nice bathroom w shower/tub & hair dryer, iron and ironing board, full refrigerator/freezer, oven, toaster, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, cups/dishes & dishwasher, dinette set that seats 4, small couch, TV w decent cable & DVD player. The bed is very comfortable, it has 2 sets of pillows each with 2 different kinds of pillows (excellent for reading or watching TV). The room has adjustable climate control and the sound insulation seemed better than normal. I found check-in to be rather late at 4pm.
This is the best room I?ve ever been in and if you?re coming to Tahoe I highly recommend staying here versus the cheaper hotels across highway 50 ? for me, at least, it was money well spent.
