Very clean and comfortable rooms. The rooms are nice!!

This is a great place for a family get together. There are lots of small groupings for conversation in the large foyer, the restaurant food is excellent, the beds are the best, and it is a short shuttle ride from the airport. I am always disappointed that Hilton Hotels do not provide free wireless access.

I like everything about this hotel, except the price. It's very new and in a great location near the Old Market area and the QWest Center. I realize there are not many choices for high-end hotels in the Omaha area and that fact probably drives up the price of this particular property. If your company is footing the bill for this hotel....then enjoy. If it's coming out of your pocket, I believe it's a little steep for what you get; which is simply a very nice room.

Easy to get to. They provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. We arrived late morning and had to wait to get into our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed in their breakfast buffett over last year as the price had increased and the quality had gone down. Servers were friendly and helpful with local information. Hotel also provided free shuttle service to Old Town and the Omaha Zoo and promptly picked us up when we were ready to return. Rooms were wonderful and beds most comfortable. Very little noise even tho the hotel was full. We will return.
