This was my fist stay at a LaQuinta property, and I admit I was impressed. I didn't necessarily equate the brand name with a quality property, but this particular location was terrific. It was a new 7 story high-rise building, very clean throughout. It was also very quiet, despite being adjacent to a major expressway. The hotel staff was outstanding - everyone at the front desk was pleasant and helpful, from giving directions to recommending restaurants to just saying good morning. There is a large in-door shopping mall within a mile, and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

this hotel is a good value for the money. good location right off of I-75. friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean enough rooms, and good air conditioning. i brought my dog (at no extra charge) and i declined cleaning service because i didn't want the cleaning crew to have to deal with the dog, so they just dropped off an extra set of towels and toiletries without me asking, which i found very thoughtful.

I stayed 4 nights and it was clean and comfortable...and the breakfast was very nice with a variety of food. I was annoyed by the fact that I had to have my key reprogrammed almost every evening - can't see why this is necessary.
