I stayed at Westgate Lake for 5 days. Check in was a breeze about 5 minute wait. Rooms were huge and clean. All kitchen amenties were furnished along with towels. The units were nice. The only downfall was the parking. At night could not find parking close to my unit. I did the timeshare tour and was treated with respect. I was honest and let the salesperson know that I would not be buying. She went through the presentation quickly and hassle free. Great place to stay.
NOT WORTH THE FREE TICKETS!!!

It took us 1 hour just to check in.The staff was really rude.Our suite was very filthy when we arrived,the floor was grimy, bathrooms were moldy, icemaker did not work.The towels smelled awful. Parking was terrible, the parking lot was full of people siiting on their cars, blasting music and talking on their cell phones. This hotel reminded me of a worn down college dorm.I will never vist this hotel again , not even if they gave me a room free.
Go somewhere else!

Parking is TERRIBLE. There were 2 HUGE roaches in our room. The front desk also told us we could get Busch Gardens tickets $2 cheaper there and when we got to BG the hotel charged us $2 extra. No one speaks english either. We also called down to the front desk to ask about housekeeping and they said it cost extra but, they cleaned our room the next day. We also had to go buy our own toilet paper b/c they never gave us any. Do yourself a favor, do not stay here.

IF you want to stay up all night listening to the freeway and ambulances all night, this place is for you. It's directly next door to the hospital and many rooms overlook the freeway. Rooms, pools and grounds are dirty and staff is not helpful unless you own there. Children are left unsupervised at the pool while parents are at time share presentations-It's a nightmare!
