I have stayed here twice in the last two years and have a reservation for this october. You cant beat it for the money, you get a jacuzzi, fridge, micro, toaster, and coffee maker. Get a room overlooking the lake balcony is a great place to wake up and have breakfast!!! Parking can be tuff!!! Never approched to tour for time share we booked like a regular hotel not a timeshare tour discount stay.

addvertised as free breakfast but when actually there was told only for owners, advertised 2 bed but got one ,the smallest unit unit in the building, 1 cockroach around bedside table,not supplied with pool towels

maids used phone while I was out and I was charged - plus they never cleaned it. clean towels dumped at front door, trash not emptied, staff rude, loud at all hours of day and night, limited parking. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.BTW, manager refused to take phone calls off my bill even though I only ever use a cell and don't know anyone in Orlando - rip off!

The resort grounds was initially confusing to figure out but eventually made easy with signs and asking at security checkpoints. Initially it was crowded in the lobby area but the check in time only took 15 minutes. The staff was helpful and courteous. Our room was spacious and impressive with the jacuzzi in our master bedroom and the long balcony. The room looked just like the pictures. All kitchen necessities were provided and parking was a breeze, even after coming back late from the parks. The kids loved having the choice from 7 pools and had plenty family activities.
