the workers were verry helpful and very pleasent. it was not like some places you visit were they just want your money, they were truly friendly and very helpful. we wanted to know were was the best mall to visit they told the name plus provided us with the directions and ask if we needed more help just to call. the atmosphere at the pool side was very relaxing and they had special programs that would interest you if you did not feel like going to the theme parks.

I visited West Gate Lakes Resort and had a great time. My better hald also enjoyed. We invited another couple to join us also. We all had a great time. We had the 3 bedroom unit. Which was great. We had the 3 bedroom unit and they took the studio had the studio part of the unit. Everything was clean and nice. No loud noise, all towels were cleaned and placed in proper place. Eveything was great. We are going back in August 07 with all of my family member and their kids.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly, helpful. Our room was very nice, we had a studio, and was cleaned promptly every day. The location is close to everything, and we were given a simple to understand list of how to get to places by the hotel, very helpful. A few more restaurants on site would be nice, but we would stay there again without hesitation.

When we checked in they pushed the time share stuff on us but they gave us free breakfast and $100. That along with the cockroach and strange hairs in the room were the worst. That time share thing was a joke. We were told 1 1/2 hours and we ended up being there for 4 hours and late for our day at SeaWorld. It would probably been a better experience if we would have skipped that and the room would have been cleaner.
