Very busy timeshare location

We were surprised that we were taken to another desk after check in before we were given our room keys so that the staff could try to talk us into a timeshare presentation the next day. They were pleasant, yet they were salespeople. They gave us free cookies and coupon books and promised us breakfast and theme park tickets if we would participate in their presentation. There were so many people at this location it was difficult to relax. The rooms were decent, average hotel room size, yet very noisy. The door locks were noisy. The jet tub was noisy. You could hear the neighbors coming and going as you share a foyer area. The adult pool was heated and easily accessible. There appeared to be a wonderful variety of activities for owners. Overall, we would elect to stay in a true hotel next time, not so crowded and much more relaxing.

Room great-staff poor

Great location and room for the price. Quiet even though facility was close to capacity and lots of kids. The personnel I came in contact with were rude. If I asked for directions (layout of resort is confusing all buildings look the same) either I got terrible directions or it was clear I was bothering them. The most help came from another guest near by.
Time share sales pitch was not pushy.
Would stay again due to the quality of the room and the convenient location.

GOOD PLACE

The room we stayed in was a nice room ,definately not the room they showed in the timeshare tour. The stove didn`t work but they came right away and fixed it.We always had clean towels for all eight of us.When you need supplies they came right away and the help was very polite. No housekeeping unless you paid extra, but thats ok we ususlly clean up after ourselves anyway. The rooms were nice and big .The sleeper couch was uncomfortable, but the beds were ok.In all I would definately go there again.

ownership has some perks

We went down for a long weekend and the room was the perfect size for four adults and one child. I wish we could have stayed longer and actually use what is available in the kitchen, the spa and throughout the grounds. I did get an owners discount on everything there and i really enjoyed the space that was available even though it was packed. It was very busy there and we had to wait in line a lot but that was ok and acceptable. The staff was very friendly and treated us well. The down side is that it is used as a timeshare selling point and that a lot of poeple go there to get a discount vacation, which is fine, but a lot of them act like lowlife trash and give this resort a black eye.

Orlando Family Vacation

We had a really good experience at the hotel; first time to Orlando and really enjoyed ourselves. We ended up getting a bit of a cheaper rate having attended a seminar. Very interesting but we decided to pass at that time. We also were given a $100.00 voucher for attending. The only downfall to this hotel I would say is the housekeeping. The rooms are nice, very spacious however, we ran into a red ant problem. Also, the appliances are very outdated. Just small things but for the type of resort, you expect a bit more. We will for sure return again. Very friendly and courteous staff.
