Great Hotel

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The indoor pool was nice and heated, we loved swimming in January. Our suite had a very comfy King-size bed with lots of fluffy pillows. There was a mini fridge and microwave. Having a warm breakfast and newspaper waiting for me every morning was great. I do recommend that you bring your own shampoo.The shampoo supplied by the hotel had a nice smell, but was awful on our hair.

room was clean and neet maid service could be improved had to ask for the coffee for the coffee pot every day we were there the entrance was a bit hidden but after a few time could be located without a problem front desp personnel were very helpful pool could have been a bit warmer will stay there again

This hotel was great for the price. The beds were so comfortable I went back and asked for the number to order one myself! Every morning the breakfast buffet had just the right foods, not too little, not to much. The pool was a bit small but adequate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel itself seemed off, but was close to many restaurats and not far from the "attractions." I would most definately go back.

We stayed here when it first opened. We came back! The hotel is very nice and new and clean and contemporary. The staff is always super friendly. We had the jacuzzi suite both times and love it. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at them all. Rooms outstanding, look brand new, comfy beds, rich looking bathroom, a/c nice and cold, pool, spa fabulous. Will stay again next trip to Chattanooga.
