Holiday Inn review- I wasn't a happy camper.

We had a prepaid reservation. A terrible idea because even though we had paid for double beds the maids had not cleaned the rooms and all that was left at 9pm was a king sized bed with a pull out couch that was more uncomfortable that my grandmas from the 70's. My children and I slept on the bed and my poor husband took the couch. X at the front desk didn't seem to care, Holiday Inn customer service said that they don't guarantee rooms, and the room was directly across from the only elevator which had the loudest ding in the world. I finally got a call from the manager to request my money back but since it was prepaid, it was a huge problem. I'm done with booking on line and Holiday Inn.

Would stay again!!

We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool & hot tub. The pool was very warm! This hotel was clean and had a descent breakfast. The hotel staff was very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay. The rooms were so clean (and I travel with my Clorox wipes), the decor was very modern, and the breakfast was fresh, readily stocked and a great variety. The pool was clean, warm and a big hit with my kids. The area is safe and centrally located to downtown, and Hamilton Place shopping. There are plenty of restaurants, drugstores, groceries and a wine and spirits store very close by. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They gave us directions, attraction suggestions and spoke to my children, and us directly whenever they saw us. The digital thermostat was very handy; the fridge took awhile to cool off so turn it down as soon as you get there if you plan to use it. Decent size microwave and coffee maker. No shortage of towels or toiletries. We will stay there again, much safe than other areas we saw online and then saw in person.

Great Place to Stay

We just got back from staying at this hotel. This was a great place for my family. The pool was nice, as was the hot tub. The rooms were cleaned everyday be room service, and the breakfast was great for the kids. I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay! Extremely clean. New motel (or recently remodeled.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful. The room and all areas were very clean. The breakfast/lobby was great. The workout room will meet any travelers needs. The hot tub/pool is nice. [Pool water temp was the same as the hot tub--very warm--so this is a plus/minus.] Our kids loved the stay. The room decor is modern and nice. The bed was the BEST hotel bed I've experienced. You won't be far from any type of food and not far from all attractions. If you are a shooter, there is an indoor range just next door. If you need a bottle of wine, that is also next door. The area of town at first appeared sketchy, but Chattanooga is very nice. It improved in the daylight. We average 2 stays on the road per year. We give this our highest recommendation. The room was nicer than several condos in Florida over the years. The price tag was around * (with taxes). Not an altogether bad thing in that the stay was pleasant and the clientele was business class. From the map, note that the facility is off of 153 (not 75). Also note that Chattanooga is EST (the pool closed an hour earlier than we thought.) Be sure and see the Aquarium--well worth the trip and I'm not a Zoo person.
