We enjoyed our visit to your renovated, clean facility. I was blocked on my computer & on yours . I was unable to gain access to my work while I stayed there. Why is that?

Wedding Disaster

I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites following a wedding and had a horrible experience. We went to check in at 5:30PM and our rooms were not ready. We asked to see a copy of the contract and the manager refused to show it to us. Our rooms were filthy and the staff was horrible!
