First class hotel!

Noisy

Hotel noisy. Could hear every door close on floor and all water running. The restuarant on the 2nd floor was never open while I was there 5 days. The wait staff in the bar on thar floor was very friendly even when overwhelmed with customers. The 1st floor restaurant was very expensive. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Asked for a fridge and received on within 1/2 hour.

1st room, commode filthy, moved to 2nd room, again, filthy, valet parking is a joke, they lost our vehicle - took 1 1/2 hours to find it, one lie after another, shameful, this hotel doesn't even qualify for a half a star rating. Elevators kept breaking down, stairs were dirty, escalator wasn't working, the hole facility was nasty.

The Hotel does not own the resturant on the first floor. They were quite expensive!

Stayed here July 1-2 to see a Pirates game and visit relatives.Just a short walk across the bridge to PNC Park. Also close to the Strip District.Room was okay, standard size with double beds. Comfortable, clean, standard amenities.Parking is problematic. We were charged $14 for three hours. Our check in clerk was efficient but curt. Other staffers were more helpful when we asked about locations around town.Use the public parking garage two blocks away for $5 per night weekends. The hotel parking is a ripoff.The Detroit Tigers stayed here while we visited.
