I normallty use this hotel for business trip in the Miami area. Becuase of the frequency on this property I have enjoyed of a very good rate, better than the average in the sorounding areas.
It is good for my business perpouses beacuse its very close to the airport and its midpoint between my business partner in northern miami and all the fun of south beach.
There are a lot of thing that need to be improve by this hotel.
1- Carpets in the room
2- Better breakfast
3- Cable - Only 2 or 3 channels available
4- Staff
Please don't use this hotel if your on your vacations or expecting a weekend getaway, un less your planning just to crash for the night and save some money.
Terrible, smelled bad, sheets with holes and burns

I was given a Voucher after missing an American Airlines connection due to a delayed flight. First of all, it took the front desk personel about 45minutes to check in 4 people. All while the manager stood behind the counter counting change in the register (sometimes he would just stare at it) He didnt once think of assisting the people in line.
Long story short...The only reason I didnt leave was because I had 5 hours before my flight. Nasty hotel

The shuttle service from Airport too too long. The carpets in rooms needs professional cleaning. X at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Beware! This is perhaps a fourth-class establishment with little to no service to speak of. Appalling cleanliness, non-functional elevators, horrific service in the restaurant (with automatic gratuity), broken TV, howling air-conditioner, and nasty bathrooms await you here. I wish I could post pictures here to warn you all.
Bring a book while you wait....

Shuttle pick up from Miami airport was +90 mins! I understand being busy, but pick up required multiple calls. Room was OK, service
