Extremely unsatisfied.

Room was not clean. There was a large group also staying there who ran up and down the halls until 3am. Was rudely told by one night clerk that the latest I could check out was 11am. Then while having to wait in the lobby for an hour for my transportation, overheard the day clerks discussing another guest's LATE CHECK OUT, and whether it was for 1pm or 1:30pm! I will not be staying at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Got to our room and found that it had not been cleaned after previous user. Had to change rooms. "High speed" internet connect is a joke. They normally charge, but let me have it free. Good thing as I could not do my normal work for the evening. Took up to 5 minutes to load one page.
