Quote: Staff and room were very good. Staff always smiling,Housekeepers were the best. Charging 10.99 a day for internet is a bit much. You can go to a Motel 6 and get it free. Mini bar was overpriced. Will not stay at a Hyatt ever again because of they... Read the full Grand Hyatt Washington review

Quote: The location is great, but the room smelled, the carpet and curtains had a lot of stains, the cleaning lady tried to come in to clean at 9am on our check out day (we were still in bed).

Quote: The hotel was a great location to visit all the sites. Room service was fantastic on the night we had it. The room could have been cleaner (hair in the bathroom, dirty washcloths, etc). Starbucks in the lobby made up for any problems with the room!

The Hotel is really well located. It is nearby everything important to see in D.C. It's also extremely close to good stores.

I thought it was overpriced for what I got

  • April 12, 2011
Quote: I expected to be knocked over by this hotel since it's the "Grand" Hyatt and more expensive than others. It was a nice place, but I will most likely choose a different hotel next time I'm in DC. I had stayed previously at a different less expensive... Read the full Grand Hyatt Washington review
