What a wonderful place for some peace and relaxation. But don't worry there's fun around every corner of the hotel as well. Nice dining, fun pubs and some boating right next to the hotel. Just walking the area was enjoyable in fact. We squeezed as much fun as possible in 1 day, but will definitely be back to try and see the rest of it. The people there were amazingly friendly.
Looking forward to returning!

Spacious rooms with very nice amenities. Hotel definitiely has an intimate feel to it. Friendly staff. Bed was a little too soft for me but for others it will be just right. Think Goldilocks... The continental breakfast was super. Great variety and plenty of fresh fruit, sweets, bagels, cereals. Has a very attractive inner court yard that is beautifully landscaped. A nice spot to sit and have breakfast or unwind after work in the afternoon. Since all guest rooms are ground floor you need to keep the interior shutters closed while in your room inless you are comfortable being watched from the outside.
In close to 20 years of business travel this is one of the few places I really would like to go back to and be willing to spend my own money for a nice retreat. I don't hesitate to recommend Henderson's Warf!
