Lot of problems

When I arrived there was no soap shampoo or any toiletries in the room. The desk chair would not raise so it was stuck at about a foot above the floor. I could barely reach the desk. The hair dryer was not properly installed on the wall and was falling from the wall. The radio volume did not work and could not be changed. To top it off, my bill was wrong and I had to dispute several charges. I was charged for Internet after being told that it would come off of my bill due to my Gold status with Hilton Honors. I was also charged for the valet rate for parking for one night when I self parked the entire stay. I also want to mention that I don't like the proprietary coffee makers because I like to bring my own coffee and I can not use it in non-standard coffeee makers. I expect more from Hilton and was very disappointed by my stay.
